For the production of precision small metal parts, Famit, based in Carbonate, has been operating under process controls according to car manufacturer specifications since 1984; UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification issued by DNV Italiana srl (cert. No. 05973 - 2000 AQ MIL SINCERT) certifies a state of functioning of the quality system that represents the daily standard for Famit.

This philosophy encompasses the entire company ethos, from machine maintenance plans, through personnel training, to process controls.

Our team guarantees precision checks at each production process for small precision metal parts. These checks are performed by attributes and by variables according to predefined sampling plans or stipulated by the client. At our head office in Carbonate, the machine capacity data CM and CMK and process CP and CPK are processed, the checks are recorded for guaranteed traceability from the raw material to the single label on the final packaging.

Similarly, the external, mechanical or typically thermal and galvanic treatments are subject to the controls strictly defined by the sampling plans for each individual item.
